Incline Equity Partners (IEP) announced the successful closing of its third fund, which scored over USD 301 million in capital commitments. Incline Equity Partners III (IEP III) was able to raise the funds from various investors. Pension funds, fund-of-funds, family offices, insurance firms and foundations invested money in IEP III's first fundraising as an independent company. IEP's existing investors, as well as new partners participated in the round. The placement agent for the transaction was Sixpoint Partners. The legal counsel for IEP III was Covington & Burling.

Incline Equity is a Pittsburg-based private equity company that focuses on lower middle market companies. It makes investments ranging from USD 10 million to USD 25 million in growth companies in various sectors.
