American Capital Energy & Infrastructure named Abhay Pande as its new Managing Director. His role would be to source, underwrite and manage the firm's Asian energy and infrastructure investments. Pande will bring with him fifteen years of experience in the banking and consulting sphere. He has worked with different energy firms and advised them on initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt offerings, among others.
