Today, India Infoline Finance Ltd. said it had generated INR900 million through publicly issuing secured redeemable non-convertible debentures. The NCD issue had collected INR900 million and would close on September 23, according to a statement issued by Infoline.
The company had launched NCD issue which totaled up to INR525 million. An option to retain oversubscription was also given amounting to INR525 million. This totaled up to INR1.050 million last September 17.
Investors had preferred to choose the Monthly Income Option of 3 years and 5 years, respectively. The statement also said that the Retail and QIB portions had been fully subscribed.
India Infoline Finance NCDs have a monthly option and annual interest payment which yielded works out to 12.68% per annum. This was for the monthly interest option with 12% per annum for the yearly interest option.
The non-convertible debentures would be listed on NSE and BSE with a trading lot size of 1 NCD.
