Shows like "The Voice" and "Law & Order: SVU" would be key to raising NBC's revenues. NBC Universal Chief Executive Officer Steve Burke had said in a conference that he expected his network's retransmission consent revenue to climb to USD 200 million this year from virtually none two years ago. He also said the network would start closing the monetization gap with rival networks in the coming years.
