US-based call marketing firm Invoca secures $20M in Series C funding

Call marketing firm Invoca (formerly RingRevenue) announced that it has secured $20 million in a Series C round, according to TechCrunch.

The Californa company has raised over $30 million in funding to date. The latest round was led by Accel Partners. Rincon Venture Partners and Upfront Ventures also contributed to the funding. Under the terms of the transaction, Kobie Fuller of Accel has also joined Invoca's board of directors, the report detailed.

Invoca's product offering includes call analytics, call tracking, and custom treatment based on certain factors such as location or customer status. The company also incorporates with other sales products including Adobe, Marketo, Salesforce.com, iCrossing, HasOffers, Tealium, and Cake, the report explained.

According to an Invoca spokesperson, the Santa Barbara, California-based firm plans to open a new office in Bay Area. The call marketing specialist also plans to double its team to over 150 people in 2015. In addition, the firm will capitalize more on the development of its sales, marketing, and products, TechCrunch reported.
