Woodbridge International Opens Office in Santiago, Chile

Woodbridge International, a global mergers and acquisitions firm specializing in middle-market companies, announced the opening of its new office in Santiago, Chile. Senior M&A Advisors Giorgio Olivari and Andrés Bahamondes will be leading Woodbridge's Chilean team.

The new affiliation will enable Woodbridge to provide a range of investment banking services to Chilean companies seeking acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.

Giorgio Olivari is an experienced dealmaker and advisor. Prior to joining Woodbridge, Giorgio worked for over a decade for one of the world's largest consulting firms. He has vast advisory experience across a range of industries, including aquaculture, forestry and mining and has worked with clients in Australia, the U.S. and elsewhere around the world. He holds an Engineering degree from Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and a Master's degree in Finance from Universidad del Desarrollo.

Andrés Bahamondes' professional background includes 12 years at one of the world's largest consulting companies and many years of experience in project and business valuation, financial analysis and due diligence, and financial statement audits. He holds an Engineering degree from Universidad de Santiago de Chile.
