Rezdy has raised $1 million in funding from new and existing investors. Menulog founder Leon Kamenev and Art of Online Marketing (AOOM) founder Chloe Lim participated in the said round, according to Tnooz.

Siteminder and Sydney Angel's Les Szekely contributed in the two previous seed rounds of the tour and activity technology service provider. The latest financing brings Rezdy's total raised capital to $1.5 million, the report detailed.

According to the travel startup, its number of clients from North America and Europe has significantly increased. The company will use the capital infusion to establish a new headquarters in San Francisco. The future US office, which is set to open this month, will cater to providers of international tour services. Rezdy said the firm still does not have a plan to open an office in Europe, the report explained.

Chief Executive Officer and founder Simon Lenoir said: "To date, we've concentrated our sales and marketing efforts here in the Australian market but we've grown organically in other markets. Approximately 30% of our client base is overseas."
