Rumors on Oasis band reunion sparks, re-mastered CD to be released

Oasis will be reaching their 20th anniversary this year that also left fans hoping for a band reunion. According to reports, the band would reach a milestone and would be celebrating a series of major events. The details of these events would be announced next week.

Twenty years ago, Oasis released the album "Definitely Maybe". At that time, Oasis' lead guitarist Noel Gallagher said, "In 20 years' time, people will buy Definitely Maybe and listen to it for what it was. That's what is important." Fans around the world are still hoping for a band reunion to be part of the cards.

Presently, a re-mastered edition of the album released in 1994 will be released on May 19. This would include a CD and box set. It would also include rare tracks from the Definitely Maybe album.

The deluxe, re-mastered CD would include live acoustic versions of the songs Live Forever and Shakermaker. An early version of the Oasis song Half The World Away that was recorded in a hotel room would also be included. The track Strange Thing, that was a part of the band's demo tape in 1993, is also included.
