Jeff Gordon, a race car driver, made a little commercial project for Pepsi Max last year. In the said commercial, Gordon did a prank on a car salesman and fancied him with some driving maneuvers. The commercial was watched for about 41 million times on YouTube.
However, car journalist Travis Okulski begged to disagree with the first commercial. He wrote how the entire commercial was a fake and said that the driver was actually a stuntman. He even claimed that the salesman who rode with Gordon in the car was an actor. Okulski also explained in detail how he found out about the prank to be fake at all, says a report from the WashingtonPost.
On the other hand, Okulski tweeted on February 27 around 10:03 pm that the Pepsi Max commercial was true. This was after he experienced the prank and that Gordon was driving the car himself.
Okulski wrote, "So, just as I was able to say with total certainty that the first Pepsi Test Drive ad was totally fake, I can say with total certainty that this second Pepsi Test Drive ad is unequivocally, one hundred percent, totally, absolutely real."
