Polish cloud-based online marketing automation platform SALESmanago has bagged $1.7 million in its recent funding round, TechCrunch reported.
The round was led by InPost Founder Rafał Brzoska. Proceeds from the latest financing will be deployed towards research and development, marketing, product development and worldwide growth, the report said.
Information from the company website revealed that marketing software firm Benhauer is the provider of SALESmanago. Comprised of veteran professionals that have more than 15 years of experience in the Internet and IT industry, Benhauer's marketing service solutions are now utilized by more than 4,000 firms. Benhauer has already finished hundreds of marketing projects for small and medium-sized businesses and corporations.
TechCrunch reported that SALESmanago was established in 2011. Marketers can take advantage of the its complete portfolio of products that allows them to identify and track their website visitors, produce vibrant emails that offer personalized product offers, come up with lively website content and enable them to personalize their ad networks and offer direct sales channels, the report said.
There are now 500 actively-paying clients which include lenders, retailers and e-commerce firms, using the platform, with most of them coming from Central Europe. These include Ojega, Deloitte and Yves Rocher. Its existing clients are from Poland, Germany, Spain, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Russia, Sweden, the report said.
CrunchBase data showed that SALESmanago is not the only product of Benhauer. The company also provides ADmanago, an application that makes the most of the cost of clicks in campaigns using Google Adwords. The system, which saves marketers as much as 70% of the cost of CPC, is already used by more than 2000 firms, including Central Europe's largest e-commerce platform Allegro.
Benhauer also has BLOBER, a mobile loyalty platform. Through this platform, companies can set up mobile loyalty programs for their users, CrunchBase data showed.
