The 20 year old Justin Bieber is yet again confronted with controversy following his DUI arrest. Last December, Bieber announced his retirement but later on got stuck with an offense that made the camera shift towards him again. Bieber was arrested for driving under the influence with an expired license. Aside from that, police videos containing scenes where the pop star was taking a urine test had been made a part of the evidence. This makes the forever-teen sensation’s genitals to be a matter of public record.
Meanwhile, Judge William Altfield of Miami-Dade County did not want to invade Bieber’s privacy. His ruling had outweighed the public’s interest of knowing how Justin Bieber’s genitals looked like. Later, the judge agreed to release five of the police videos that were taken in as evidence. This included two clips of the YouTube sensation turned pop star where he was taking a urine test. The judge agreed to release the clips after authorities “shade or blacken” Bieber’s genitals.
