Hashtag #springbreakbooks went viral on social media platform Twitter as the season comes soon. Many people have been talking about what to do on spring break and this would include having some good reads. VidetteOnline suggested top five books to grab this coming season.

Water for Elephants, a book published in 2007 and written by Sara Gruen is a must grab this season. The book tells about the story of Jacob Jankowski, his memories of working in the circus, being friends with circus master’s wife and the unique friendship that would open a new experience for readers.

Another must read for students on spring break is Let’s Explore Diabetes With Owls by David Sedaris. This is a new novel from the author which came out only last year. The book tells about the author’s reflections throughout his life.

Gone Girl by New York Times Best Selling author Gillian Flynn is also a must read this spring break. The book has already garnered raving reviews following its release in 2012.

The Fault In Our Stars by John Green is also a good read and has caught a lot of attention from readers after the announced release of a movie this year.

The Book Thief by Markus Zusak is also among the #springbreakbooks that you must have. This book was published in 2007 and would come to theaters this year.
