ABC News confirmed that singer Chris Brown has once again been arrested. According to KABC, the 24 year old singer was taken into custody after a violation of his probation from the 2009 assault charge filed by singer Rihanna.
A representative from Brown declined to comment on the reported arrest.
Brown was ordered to spend time in an anger management program for a few months. This was pending the sentence with an unrelated legal issue the singer has been charged in Washington DC.
Brown, along with his bodyguard allegedly assaulted a man in October. The two were accused of attacking the man outside a local nightclub during the wee hours of the morning, reported ABC News.
In a police report, Brown was said to have hurled the man before saying, "I feel like boxing," and punched the guy, the report added.
The singer pleaded not guilty. The charges filed against him were later reduced to misdemeanor during the last hearing.
