The Maleficent trailer is out and this time Angelina Jolie showed her wings which became a stunner to viewers. The movie shows the villain in the classic Disney animated film Sleeping Beauty. In the latest trailer, the clip showed enthusiasts an eerie glimpse on why Maleficent succumbed to the dark side. Further, the 90 second clip tells that her precious black wings were stolen.
A voice over narrates, “Behind the kiss, behind the magic, behind the legend of Sleeping Beauty, lies the story of Maleficent.” Maleficent will hit the big screens on May 30, 2014.
In the clip, Aurora (Sleeping Beauty) asked Maleficent why she didn’t have wings like other fairies. Maleficent answered, “I had wings … once, they were strong. They were stolen from me.” Accroding to a movie preview from Hollywood Life, Maleficent’s stolen wings was enough to turn her once pure heart into something evil.
Angelina Jolie is also seen wearing all black with green smoke coming out from her fingertips which could bring a good scare.
