A report from TMZ got fans shocked and at the same time wondering why Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are selling their luxury estate. The couple has spent a total of four years in building the European country estate and USD40 million for its construction.
However, after less than a year it was completed the USD40 million building is now on the market.
According to real estate sources who told TMZ, the couple wants to move out permanently from Los Angeles. The two decided to live full time in Boston were they are currently building a 14,300 square foot house on five acres of hefty land. The estate was valued USD50 million, said TMZ.
As for the property on sale in LA, Tom and Giselle personally spent time planning on its design. The property has a 14,000 square foot main house and is equipped with one of the best home gyms in the world, said TMZ.
Kurt Rappaport and Stephen Shapiro, Tom and Gisele’s brokers, were contacted by TMZ to comment on the report but did not return the calls.
