There were latest developments regarding the mysterious disappearance of flight MH370. According to news officials at a conference today, there were 122 floating objects seen through satellite images floating in the Indian Ocean. These objects might be debris from the missing MH370 flight, reported ABC News.

According to Malaysia’s Acting Transport Minister Hishammuddin Hussein, the images from the satellite were taken last Sunday. These images were seen 1600 miles from the coast of Perth and were relayed to authorities Tuesday by the Airbus Defense and Space based in France. Hishammuddin added that these objects were spotted close to where three other objects were reported to have been detected. He added that the newly seen satellite images of floating objects suspected to be from the missing MH370 vary in size, the largest around 75 feet in length.

Hishammuddin said, "This is another new lead that will help direct the search operation.”
