Private equity firm Vista Equity Partners has bought PeopleAdmin Inc, a statement about the acquisition said. Financial details about the acquisition were not disclosed. The financial advisor to PeopleAdmin for this transaction was Lazard, according to the statement.
PeopleAdmin Inc was established in 2000 to give software-as-a-service or SaaS talent management solutions that are geared for institutions of higher learning as well as government organizations. Its solutions, now being used by over 700 organizations and 30% of 2,000 institutions of higher education in the US, are able to provide efficient, compliant and defensible talent management processes. Its platform is user-friendly and flexible enough to make the most out of workflows even in very complex and regulated industries, the statement said.
PeopleAdmin Chief Executive Officer Susanne Bowen said in the statement, "We are excited to partner with Vista as we look to accelerate our growth and continue to provide valuable solutions to our clients. We share a similar vision for the company, and Vista's software expertise and focus will enable us to continue to scale and serve our clients and invest in our best-in-class product suite."
