WWE's The Undertaker suffered neck injury after match with Brock Lesnar

The Undertaker wrestled Brock Lesnar in a match at WrestleMania. Unfortunately, he lost the match and suffered a blow in the head causing him to show signs suppressing the condition. After the show, an ambulance took The Undertaker to the hospital where he stayed for one night, reported TMZ.

The Undertaker suffered a blow in his head following a neck injury. The injury occurred during the match when Undertaker fell and landed on one leg. According to some insiders behind WWE, the match was planned to end The Undertaker losing the game. However, the injury was not part of the plan resulting the wrestler’s mishap.

Meanwhile, a statement was released on the WWE’s website saying, “WWE.com can confirm that, following last’s night historic match with Brock Lesnar, The Undertaker was immediately taken to Ochsner Medical Center. After a CT scan and other medical testing, he was diagnosed with a severe concussion and was kept overnight for further evaluation. He was discharged early Monday afternoon.”
