The story of a 9 months old baby being charged with attempted murder in Pakistan has alarmed people from across the globe. This was after Pakistan’s beyond normal justice system tolled the infant. Last week, the infant was taken to a Pakistani court for the trial of his attempted murder case.

The baby has been taken to hide amid the trial after posting bail. This was according to the infant’s relative who stressed that the 9 month old baby could not even hold his milk bottle properly to be charged with such heavy crime, reported NBCNews.

The infant identified as Mohammad Musa Khan was brought in a court trial last week in Lahore. The baby along with his parents was charged with attempting to kill a police officer who was stoned during a protest against commodity prices increase and gas cuts.

According to the baby’s grandfather, "Police are vindictive. Now they are trying to settle the issue on personal grounds, that's why I sent my grandson to Faisalabad for protection."
