By

Sam (Kelly Monaco) diverts her attention by helping Patrick (Jason Thompson) and Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) investigate the hit and run car accident that caused the death of the couple's son Gabriel.

In the last episode, Sam feels that she is about lose Silas (Michael Easton) since his wife Nina (Michelle Stanford) is back. Silas left a voice mail to Sam saying that he is about to tell his wife Nina about their relationship.

Meanwhile, Nina has been thinking about her relationship with Silas and how she wants to take care of her husband and work out their relationship. She also tells him that all of her money is frozen and he is the only means of support.

Nina kisses Silas but he breaks away. He wants to take care of Nina too, but he is seeing Sam. He tells Nina the truth about him seeing someone else.

To divert Sam's attention and forget about Silas and Nina, Sam helps Patrick and Sabrina investigate the couple's car accident. She even tells Rafe (Jimmy Deshler) that it is her mission to to find out who the suspect is.

There are four potential suspects for the car accident which includes Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary), and Ava Jerome (Maura West).

Anna (Finola Hughes) suspects Britt as the person responsible for the car accident because she arrived quickly to help Patrick and Sabrina. Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel) thinks that it is Luke, because he would go after Emma (Brooklyn Rae Silzer).

Carlos (Jeffrey Vincent Praise) suspects that Ava is behind the accident because when he told Franco (Roger Howarth) that he did not kill A.J. Quartermaine, Ava threatened him that she will harm Sabrina.

Sam is happier with her life now, especially now that she is focused on helping the couple with the car accident. Will Sam find out who is behind it?
