Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell will join VH1's Couple Therapy, which airs on September 10.
On Monday, the couple were spotted dining at a local restaurant. Pablo posted a happy photo of them on Twitter.
Due to Ferrell's contract, he has not stated any confirmation upon their alleged marriage and Nikki's pregnancy rumors. Both met each other at the Season 18 of ABC's reality dating series "Bachelor." Galavis gave his final rose to Nikki, making her the winner, yet without proposing for marriage.

Speculations of their breakup occurred after the Galavis said the words "I like you" to rather than "I love you" to Ferrell. According to Enstars, the Venezuelan heartthrob wants everything to be taken slowly as he wishes to know more of Nikki--if she really is "the one."
"Nikki is expecting their relationship to progress like any healthy relationship would," reported International Business Times.
"But if Nikki got pregnant, Juan Pablo wouldn't exactly be over the moon."
It was also reported that Pablo is eyed by Nikki for he's been partying and clubbing a lot recently. As a defense, Pablo tweeted, "I'm not gonna say what you should stick to @Nikki_Ferrell #YouBetterBehave LOL."
"She works so hard and wasn't able to make it. I respect her so much for it. I'm with her every day," the Bachelor said despite the allegations that they are just faking their relationship. Moreover, Pablo has a daughter from his ex-girlfriend.
Trista Sutter defended the Bachelor from what other people might think of him, "I think that he's definitely been given a bad rap. I don't think that's fair, for sure. I know that he's a good guy at heart, because of people that I know through the show. I think that, personally, a lot of it has to do with the language barrier. And he would say certain things and they came across a certain way and he wasn't intending them to be taken the way that they were."
