Actress Sophia Bush showed up at the Maxim Hot 100 Women of 2014 event wearing a sheer black "naked" dress, which she paired with black underwear.
Bush recently got praises for her white lace Marchesa dress at the CFDA awards earlier this month, but the sheer dress is receiving mixed reviews.
A lot of celebrities are trying on the see-through or "naked" dresses. Rihanna, for instance, wore a sheer dress in the CFDA Fashion awards, and got a lot of great feedback--except maybe T-Boz, member of 90's group TLC, who firmly expressed didn't like it.
Not everyone is able to pull off the look, however. Sophia's dress, despite her stunning figure, looked cluttered. Fashion & Style reports: "Sophia's Fleur Du Mal dress is notable because that her arms are completely covered up while the rest of her is revealed - an unusual look! The glittery stripes on the dress cover up a little more, but with the various textures of the dress - not to mention the bra and panty set - they make the whole look seem very busy."
The rest of Sophia's look, however, is beautiful: her simple makeup and simple pulled-back hair are simple yet chic. Her green ear snake ear cuff by Jacob and Co and Rauwolf clutch were great additions as well.
Some of the other stunning ladies who attended the event were Dylan Penn and Candice Swanepoel, who topped Maxim's Hot 100 list this year.
