More and more details about the seventh and last season of hit TV series "Sons of Anarchy" are coming out, and the cast and crew are using social media to tease fans.
Dominic Pagone, the VP of Media Relations in FX, for instance, posted pictures of the cast when they were shooting promotional photos. Kim Coates also tweeted a SAMCRO photo showing Hunnam and the gang are flashing their middle fingers. See the photos in Zap2it.
Some of the new cast members who will be joining the cast are Marilyn Manson, who will play white supremacist Ron Tully; and Annabeth Gish of "The Bridge," who will play Althea Jarry.
TV Line reports: "Gish's character, Althea Jarry, will call on her years of experience in Stockton's Organized Crime Unit to pursue the murderers of former Sheriff Eli Roosevelt and Tara Knowles (the latter of whom was butchered to death via meat fork by Katey Sagal's Gemma). Jarry quickly realizes she'll have to work with SAMCRO to keep the peace, even if that means playing by their rules. But she has a few of her own that might surprise the club."
Meanwhile, because of the events that transpired in season six, Maggie Siff (Dr. Tara Knowles) will not be in the coming season. The actress, who just celebrated her birthday on June 21, said that she will watch the final season, as a fan and not as part of the cast.
She said that she is not expecting a happy ending for the show, but redemption for the gang: "It's hard to imagine 'Sons of Anarchy' ending happily but I can imagine some kind of redemption for some people along the way, maybe."
"Son's of Anarchy" Season 7 will premiere in September on FX.
