In the sixth episode of hit TLC reality show "Breaking Amish: Return to Amish," the "Breaking Amish" spinoff, Andres lets loose in his bachelor party, and Chapel starts looking for a wedding dress.
Premiering in 2012, the show is about a group of four Amish and one Mennonite young adults (Abe, Jeremiah, Kate, Rebecca, and Sabrina) who left their Amish communities, away from the strict codes and absence of present-day conveniences like electricity and internet, and traveled to New York City. In the end of the season, we see the dramatic change in each of them. In the spinoff, audiences will find out if they will return to their old Amish ways, of if they have abandoned it altogether.
Haveuheard recaps: Chapel has agreed to marry Andrew, but there are rumors are going around town that have made Rebecca and Ave worry for Andrew's safety. Mary and Chester try to get the bishop back on their side, but they could nit talk to their English children.
In "Rebel Without a Clue," Jeremiah, an ex-Amish, and Mary, Abe Andrew's Amish mother, are currently developing a mother-and-son relationship. Mary has recently opened her home for Jeremiah. They even started doing business (selling Mary's creations like blankets, handmade goods, etc.) together.
On Sunday, however, it looked like there would be a number of important confessions: Jeremiah has something to tell Mary and her husband Chester. Bustle reports: "Could it be that she has decided to follow the Amish Church's orders and cut off all communication with her loved ones who have already left the Amish? I have a feeling if that is her news, it won't last for long. Still, I don't want to live in a world without the dynamic duo of 'Mar and Jer.'"
In the "Return to Amish" episode last Sunday, we see the often-rebellious Jeremiah open up to Amy, saying that his adoptive mother told him that she regretted adopting him. Could he trust Mary with these sensitive confessions?
TLC's "Breaking Amish: Return to Amish" airs Sundays at 10pm.
