Teen Wolf Season 4 fan gazers should prepare for a Halloween-esque episode entitled "Muted" after MTV's sneak peek video release. To give fans an idea of what to expect, IBTimes likened the episode to horror movies "Scream" and "I Know What You Did Last Summer".
Fashion Style broke down the teaser clip for the new episode opening with a new boy named Sean, whose family has been killed by an axe-wielding murderer. Sean is not the only new character to be introduced in "Muted", as Scott and Stiles will face challenge in the lacrosse field with a freshman named Liam who scores goal after goal. Hypable notes Liam to be an expert goalie and the coach commented on him being the first freshman captain. Stiles, suspicious of the newbie, interviews Liam, guessing he's another wolf.
"Muted" also gives audience a little more about Malia, who is seen to have a meltdown. She will spend more time with Lydia and Stiles. There is also the possibility of Malia knowing the identity of her real father, who is Peter Hale, according to KPopStarZ.
Teen Wolf won't be without its romantic aspects, and fans can expect not one, but two kissing scenes from Scott and recent flame Kira. Kira's family is set to move out of Beacon Hills with the teenage girl doing everything to stop it.
Executive producer Jeff Davis is introducing a new supernatural being in "Muted" in the form of Sean, who is revealed to be a wendigo. In his uncontrolled hunger, Sean attempts to hurt Scott's mother, Melissa, in the hospital after being caught "eating" a police officer. In the scuffle, Scott finds himself pinned down by Sean with Liam almost falling to the roof. Left with no choice, Scott did the only thing he could to save the boy, and that was to bite down on his arm. Fashion Style assumes Liam will join the werewolves after turned from that bite.
