Neymar, much celebrated Brazil striker who missed Brazil's disasterous defeat against Germany will join the team for third place play-off against Netherlands. He might not play for the country due to his back injury but will definitely watch his team play in their last match of FIFA World Cup 2014.
FC Barcelona club medics meanwhile visited the superstar striker's house to check upon his health and recovery.
Barcelona's website reported: "FC Barcelona's Medical Services visited Neymar Jr at the player's home in Brazil this week. The Club's Medical Services confirmed the CBF's diagnosis that Neymar had fractured the L3 vertebrae in his back. The CBF and Barca's Medical Services are in agreement on the type of treatment the player will undergo in his recovery process. The player is recovering well and he'll continue his recovery in Barcelona starting on August 5."
According to Kpopstarz, Brazil football federation spokesman Rodrigo Paiva confirmed that the star forward will grace the game with his presence.
"Neymar will come here (to Brazil's World Cup base), he's going to accompany the team to Saturday's match."
Barcelona superstar striker's absence as well as suspended defender and Captain Thiago Silva not been able to play the semi final gave them a shocking 7-1 defeat against Germany. Silva was given a yellow card and was banned from the match.
Germany will now face Argentina in the finals on Sunday.
Brazil's defeat may not be the main concern of the star player as of now. He has been going around with two girls all through the World Cup games. Gabriella Lenzi and Bruna Marquezine have been tagging along the star footballer Neymar, recently.
Gabriella Lenzi is certainly famous for her selfies with Neymar, had been displaying the Brazilian flag as often as she can in the football games. Bruna Marquezine has been enduring the crowd to cheer Neymar in every way possible. These two rumored girlfriends seem to be very dedicated towards the Brazilian star.
