Newlyweds Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo are nearing to settling in a family home soon after their honeymoon in Mexico. There has ben reports about the newlywed couple almost closing a deal on a SoHo loft. The loft is reportedly located on Greene Street and is worth $4.55 million.
According to New York Daily News, Levine and Prinsloo were spotted months ago looking around SoHo with floor plans. It is not a secret that they want a permanent residence there. citing a source who have confirmed the couple's real estate plans, the news about the loft deal at Greene Street have somewhat cemented the possibility that the Maroon 5 rocker and his Victoria's Secret model wife might be moving in to the area soon.
The loft has been described as a 2700 square feet property in size and has 13-foot ceilings, a massive walk-in closet at the master's bedroom, and six floor-to-ceiling pillars. Moreover, the loft is said to have a bathroom suite equipped with a Jacuzzi. Realty Today described the property in its report as a "loft lovers dream, located on the absolute best cobblestone street in Soho." The listing is also said to be in a "location to dream about" and that some of the best restaurants are in close proximity.
Levine's spokesperson has since refused to confirm the rumors, and broker Lucie Holt of Town Residential did not give any comment.
The SoHo loft won't be their only residence, said Fashion & Style. The site said Levine is currently remodeling his Beverly Hills mansion. The former "bachelor pad" is apparently being converted into a "family home" through the addition of a maid's room, guest room, recording room, and another bedroom.
With the couple considering homes having more than enough room for a family, many are wondering if they have plans to extend their family soon. Realty Today cited an OK! Magazine source back in July that Prinsloo is eager to be a mom, and the "Maroon 5" frontman and his wife wants to have a baby soon. However, the Victoria's Secret Angel, has since denied the rumors and said that they don't have a plan for a baby yet.
"I live day by day and see what happens," the model said.
