Moving on proved formidable for Miley Cyrus after a painful break up with 'Mocking Jay' actor Liam Hemsworth, and the singer-actress allegedly committed herself to nurturing her career. Now, it seems that she already managed to patch things up and is ready to find the right dude for her.
Not only that, potential boyfriends must have a pre-date briefing with her assistant who will outline to them her meticulously defined set of rules and guidelines.
In a report by Stuff.co.nz, a source British magazine Heat "The men have to sign confidentiality agreements and allow a background check to be done before they even get to go on a first date. And they have to leave their cameras and phones at home."
This, according to Miley, is just a way to show that she makes sure that her job doesn't get jeopardized, so that she has to carefully choose those who will be part of her 'inner circle' who will spend time with her.
"They then speak to one of her assistants, who run through a pre-date briefing. They're told not to bring gifts - especially not flowers - what color to wear so it doesn't clash with her outfit and what subjects are off-limits. They're even given a list if things that would be good to speak about."
And she has not forgotten to mention the physique requirement: the guy should look and exude a model-like aura with defined six packs abs.
Despite this moving on buzz, Miley seems to be in a not-so-over-it condition. Kpopstarz reported that FCC is investigating her Bangerz Tour since parents complained about her 'unusual' behavior aired by NBC earlier this summer. This included dancing in stripper costumes and rolling around in bed with half-naked men and women.
Fashionnstyle also reported that 'We Can't Stop' singer indulged in some unrestrained behavior with friends in her stay in Manhattan. Other guests of the hotel complained about her tantrums and the smell of marijuana smoke coming from her place-a behavior of a 'delinquent' or maybe a girl who's trying to get over a broken heart.
