When reports about Prince Harry breaking up with girlfriend of two years Cressida Bonas, it was a shock for many who had been rooting for the two to end up at the altar. After all, Bonas herself is of royal descent, the Daily Mail said, as she is a granddaughter of the 6th Earl Howe. Moreover, the aspiring actress has also made appearances in royal commitments alongside Prince Harry, and the British prince himself was spotted out and about with Bonas' family members.
However, an unnamed source told E! Online that Prince Harry and Cressida parted ways in April simply because the happy-go-lucky ginger-haired is no longer having fun in his relationship with her. The source said, "Harry thought she was boring toward the end. She didn't like to go out, party and have fun as often as he does, and they weren't matched enough for him to commit. Cress is beautiful, intelligent and fun-but she's no raver like Harry still enjoys. Harry just wasn't ready to settle down and head down the route of getting serious with his royal commitments. It's going to take a special girl to tame him."
The Inquisitr believes that it was probably the very reason why Prince Harry was so taken into Camilla Thurlow. The beauty queen reportedly has Prince Harry wrapped around her finger even though they started out with nothing that serious because she was a total opposite from all the girls he has dated. Citing an OK! Magazine source, the Inquisitr quoted that the bachelor prince is enthralled not only of her intelligence and coyness, but Thurlow's love of partying.
An insider was quoted as saying at that time, "Camilla is always the life and soul of the party. Harry is playing it cool because he wants to have fun, but Camilla could be just what he needs to get over Cressida [Bonas] once and for all."
Although Prince Harry and Camilla had yet to make it official, we could only wish that the British prince's new inspiration would also urge him to take on the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.
