Rumors have been flowing all across the internet that Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are having marital strife. If you take the gossip at its word, this celebrity couple was one straw away from a broken back- and a messy divorce.

But a few new photos show the couple is just as lovey-dovey as ever, and that rumors of a DeGeneres/de Rossi demise have been greatly exaggerated.

The Daily Mail reports that the couple were seen on a shopping trip recently, and were reportedly looking very affectionate with each other, with arms wrapped around each other.

The two celebs were dressed casually, both in blue jeans, with DeGeneres wearing a blue t-shirt, while de Rossi was done up with just a bit more style, sporting a sleeveless gray T-shirt and a gray scarf with a red, black and gray design.

Their outfits can be seen in the photo above, along with other photos of Degeneres stopping to meet her friend and former personal trainer, Bob Harper. Harper stopped coaching DeGeneres when he secured a spot on NBC's "The Biggest Loser"

E! Online reports on their little shopping trip with just as much enthusiasm, and adds an important detail- DeGeneres and de Rossi were openly smiling and interacting with those passing them by- a sure sign that their supposed "marital strife" that's been reported on might not be such a big deal.

Also, when you consider that De Rossi had a love message skywritten for DeGeneres for their sixth wedding anniversary (reported on here at Venture Capital Post,) it seems extremely likely that these two are back on solid ground.

If they were ever off it in the first place, that is.
