Christian Post believes that this is Apple's strategy to give the new iPhones the spotlight and to prevent these two lines of devices from jeopardizing each other in the market.
Claiming that the information comes from sources familiar with the matter, Daily Dot reported that Apple will hold an event on 21 October to launch new members of the iPad family-iPad Mini 3 and iPad 6. Allegedly, they will also announce the release of OS X Yosemite.
