By

According from a recent study of a technology research firm, Gartner, Inc., the top technology trends of this year will be a start of a great advancement for the future of the technology. It is said that this year's trending technology trends will have a massive impact on the potential landscape of the future technological enterprises.

Today's technology trends may define and shape the maturity of technology's future and how it will work for us. And based from this study, the totality of these technology trends is formed by what they call "Nexus of Forces," consisting of technology forces: social, media, cloud, and information. The vice president of the firm, David Cearly, claimed that these forces continue to create an increase in demand for more innovation and advanced programmable changes in the field of technology.

The existing trends of today's technology continue to mature with innovations by demand of forces. Generally, the set of technology trends caters the needs of the users depending on its usefulness based on the impact they created with Nexus of Forces. These technology trends show the possible vision of what technology will look like after years and years of answering the demands of these forces on technology. So based from the study, the five most emerging trends in technology this year are:

1. Management and Diversity of Mobile Device

The BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) is a new phenomenon on various workplaces across the globe. This phenomenon is caused by the fast-paced production and diversity of on-hand devices. The domino effect of causes will follow with this trend and might change the future global management of mobile devices.

2. Production of Mobile Apps

With today's improved and updated program performances and softwares, technology enterprises will surely produce more apps and applications will begin to shrink. As technology continues to mature, apps are more targeted and applications become more compressive. And because of this, Gartner, Inc. believes that in the near future "user experience will be to leverage intent, inferred from emotion and actions, to motivate changes in end-user behavior."

3. Internet of Everything

Now, the internet has quickly conquered the world outside the PC and mobile devices. Because of the social demand for internet, it becomes a part of different consumer items such as cars and television. In the future, these items might have their own IP addresses.

4. Smart Machines and Clothing

As the Apple announced its Apple Watch and Google released their Google Glass that even showcased on a runway, technology becomes wearable. Surely with this technology trend, as Gartner forecasts, advanced and intelligent personal assistants will emerge.

5. The Reign of Personal Cloud

After the announcement of Apple and their update on their cloud software, the technology of personal cloud takes a spot on this list. The management of content storage and sharing will probably bring the future of technology in a new level of innovation.
