The massive celebrity nude scandal that first broke out on 4chan featured some of the biggest names in Hollywood. However, few have caught up with the fact that amid the trove of personal photos illegally published online was the fact that a male personality was also involved, Latin Post reported.
Wetpaint said that in an interview with HipHollywood, "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood stars" Omarion and Apryl Jones opened up about the singer's nude photo leaked alongside the images of other female celebrities. Omarion has claimed that the nude photo was indeed of him, and that it was taken ages ago. The singer also acknowledged that he did not say anything when "The Fappening" occured, but offered a short advice to people who has been linked to the scandal.
"I think you've just got to deny it. Just deny it!," he said.
Apryl, on the other hand, had viewed the incident as a publicity opportunity. She confirmed to HipHollywood that she has seen the photo and said that it was "nice." Apryl also tried to convince her boyfriend to think differently about the incident and said, "I say embrace it! You're a sex symbol!"
Meanwhile, the two also addressed reports about the ongoing feud that involved Omarion's mother. Fans of the "Love & Hip Hop" spinoff could observed that there is no love lost between Apryl and Leslie Burell. When Omarion was asked why he refused to step into the feud, he said, "I think ultimately, my mom wants the best and I think that [Apryl] can recognize that, you know, regardless of how she deals with it. I try to not stand in the middle, I try to ... go far away from it. They're intense, you know, I'm intense and its just a whole bunch of intense stuff going on. If you going to be with the fam, you've got to be able to handle your own ... and [Apryl] can handle her own."
Apryl agreed with her beau and added, "He has a lot of intense women in his life. He can't date anyone that's not strong either."
