'Attack on Titan 2' is expected to be released soon on early months of 2015 as the production has already divulged the highly anticipated anime being created since August of this year.
There are rumors that the anime's -- also known as Sungeki no Kyojin "Titan Short Skits" -- season two will slate on 2015. Basing on the first release, the first airdate came in the month of April and concluding in September, and this would be the important months for the comeback.
Moreover, two films are set to hit the big screens on in summer of 2015, as reported by Anime News Network. According to the site, newly introduced characters will be appearing on the film and "new formidable enemies".
The 24-year old actor and singer performer Haruma Miura is said to be portraying as main character. He will be joining Texas-raised Japanese model Kiko Mizuhara, "Seito Shokun" cast member Kanata Hongou, 'Miss Magazine 2008' Nanami Sakuraba, "Sadako 3D" star Satomi Ishihara, 28-year old Takahiro Miura, sexy actress Ayame Misaki, Satoru Matsuo, Taki Pierre, Jun Kinimura, Rina Takeda and Shou Watanabe.
Meanwhile, "Attack on Titan" film will be released on DVDs, inclusive of 15th and 16th volumes of the manga, on December 9, 2014 and April 9, 2015. This, however, could be an affirmation that the next season will air on April next year.
In North America, Kodansha Comics USA with Vertical Inc., manga compaies based in New York, garnered a huge success after selling more than 660,000 manga that was announced in January 2014.
Kodansha Comics posted the official description of the story, as revealed by Anime News Network, it reads:
"This prequel to megahit Attack on Titan answers the questions: How did Captain Levi of the Survey Corps go from street tough to humanity's strongest soldier? And how did Commander Erwin become a cold, calculating leader, ready to sacrifice anything to save the human race? The fires that forged this bond of loyalty and trust were intense indeed!"
Tetsuro Araki will be sitting on the director's chair once again for the upcoming film.
