Zayn Malik's bag stolen in Peru, fans spill contents on Twitter; What does the singer have to say about the incident?

Zayn Malik had his bag stolen, and instead of returning the contents, a "One Direction" fan posted them online.

Digital Spy reports that Malik's trip to Peru as part of the "Where We Are" tour had him losing a travel bag, which has landed in the hands of two fans if the images of its contents being posted online are to be taken as proof. The photos allegedly included clothes, drawings, and a hotel menu where the singer stayed at.

The posting of the contents of Malik's bag has prompted "One Direction" fans to post to Twitter condemning the issue through the tag "#ZaynDeservesPrivacy."

However, according to the fans who have allegedly gotten hold of the bag, they did not steal the bag. Rather, they purportedly recovered the bag which has been misplaced by stylist Lou Teasdale. "It has been too late to reunite it with the team," adds the article. This explanation was not met with approving nods, however, as one Twitter user allegedly said that it is a "new low" to spread the images of the contents around.

MTV thinks that the incident could have been the reason for Malik's tweet containing nothing but a swear word.

While all this is going on, Malik remains silent as Unreality TV reports him back in London with his fiancée, Perrie Edwards. The article has the two shopping with Malik carrying Edwards' bag. "Zayn has been lying low since he flew into London earlier this week and it's thought that the star Is making the most of the end of his long running 'Where We Are' stadium tour and is reunited with his bride-to-be," mentioned the article.

Malik's social media account has been silent, but fans have observed that he has liked Edwards' Instagram posts, including one where the "Little Mix" member looked "rather saucy."
