Big Bang Updates: Idol group’s special commemorative stamps to be displayed in Seoul Central Post Office; Group revealed as the Korean artist who attracted the most concert attendees in Japan in 2014

Recent reports claim that Big Bang postage stamps will be displayed in the Seoul Central Post Office. Special commemorative stamps of the idol group were released on November7, allkpop reports. He stamps were custom-designed and featured never-before-seen photos of G-Dragon, Taeyang, TOP, Seungri, and Daesung.

Last month, the stamps were released in Japan, causing overwhelming response from Big Bang fans from across the globe.

The post office will display the stamps, mounted in gold, in a glass shelf. They will also come with a personal letter set written by the idols.

Fans can buy the Big Bang stamps through various Seoul post offices, as well as through Gmarket and the YG E-shop online.

According to allkpop, the special stamps will soon be available in China in red and black along with a coin set for collector fans.

Meanwhile, Big Bang was recently revealed as the Korean artist who attracted most spectators in Japan in 2014. The globally famous K-pop group reportedly drew more than 1,096,000 concerts spectators for this year.

YG Entertainment said on November 7, "Starting January, Big Bang has held the six-dome tour, as well as the live event five-dome tour in Japan, for a total of 29 concerts with 927,000 audience members." Daesung's solo arena concert tour has attracted 169,000 people. Therefore, the total will be 1,096,000 concert spectators.

In a Japanese magazine article titled, "2014 Most Attended Japan Concert Top 50," it showed that Big Bang is in the top spot, KpopStars reports.

"Big Bang is showing strong ticket power despite competing against very popular local artists," said YG Entertainment about the idol group's ticket sales against Japanese artists. Big Bang sits at number 2 at the cumulative rankings including Japan artists.

"On November 15 and 16, Big Bang wiill begin its five-dome concert with Nagoya Dome. There will be 15 concerts in five cities, with an estimate of 741,000 people coming." Other stops include Osaka, Fukuoka, Sapporo and Tokyo.
