After many rumors and allegations regarding "Lovelyz" member, Seo Jisoo, Woollim Entertainment finally addressed it on their Facebook page by posting the following announcement in Korean:
"This is a notification from Woollim Entertainment.
In regards to false rumors being spread on the Internet about Lovelyz member Seo Jisoo, tomorrow we will begin a formal investigation in regards to the contents and punish the authors and distributors.
"Lovelyz" is Woollim Entertainment's first girl group but handles various artists and groups like Tasty, Nell, and INFINITE.
Woollim Entertainment will take strong legal action against the rumors being spread prior to the debut of the member. We will update about the legal response.
Thank you."
The rumors started when an alleged close to Jisoo started spreading various tidbits of her past including her being bisexual, seducing members of "INFINITE" which is also part of Woollim Entertainment, and even bullying ("iljin" in Korean) various people.
UPDATE
After the initial announcement, Woollim Entertainment also posted another one on their Facebook page. Although we still don't have the full post translated from Korean to English, the announcement roughly states that Woollim Entertainment deny all rumors and accusations of Seo Jisoo and have started an investigation on the matter with the help of the police.
To add to this, the announcement also states that spreading misinformation about people online while hiding his/her identity is a crime and Woollim Entertainment are not looking to settle this issue and will continue to find the culprit.
In related news, the group also recently released their new single "Goodnight, Like Yesterday" for their upcoming album which will debut this November 17, 2015. The song was written by Kim Ena and produced by the team named OnePiece which consists of various artists like SPACE, Yoonsang, DAVINK, and more.
