Netflix's hit drama series "House of Cards" has reached the end of its season and people are on their toes to discover if Doug Stamper (Michael Kelly) is dead or alive.
According to Gospel Herald, the last episode shown Stamper's character looking dead on the ground but his eyes were wide open, indicating that he is not in his good health. The network didn't release a single clue about what's going to happen next but Kelly told the Huffington Post of his hopes that his character will come back.
One of the things that people are curious about is if the show will follow the original storyboard from its BBC plot. On that version, Elizabeth (Diane Fletcher) killed her wife Francis Urquhart (Ian Richardson). In the US version under Netflix, the character of Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey) also died.
Breathe Cast said that Netflix would not go on with the same plot that BBC had originally because they plan to keep the show for more than 3 seasons.
There is also a report from Latin Times saying that there is a possibility of some roles being swapped like Frank killing Claire Underwood (Robin Wright) instead. That one has no confirmation just yet but it is definitely something that will make the new season even more exciting to watch.
In one way or another, one of them will die in the hands of another remains true. There is; however, the possibility that Claire could successfully kill Frank and take over.
And according to Breathe Cast, in case this change happens, the whole story is expected to dramatically change. On the other hand, most rumors relating to its coming season are all about the shows business with foreign affairs, specifically the one with Russia.
"House of Cards" season 3 is scheduled to be back on TV on the first quarter of 2015.
