Kendra Wilkinson Hank Baskett News. Former Playboy model has joined "I'm A Celebrity" this year amidst cheating rumors of husband Hank Baskett. Recently, Wilkinson's close friend disclosed that her decision to join the reality TV show is part of her plan to get away from her marriage issues.
A report from the Daily Mail has quoted Jessica Hall's statement in a previous interview with the Sun newspaper as she is speaking on Wilkinson's behalf.
"She wanted to do it to prove to herself what a strong person she is, because she has had a tough year. She needed the time out," Hall said during the interview.
Further, she told reporters that she has provided the model a strong support all throughout the crisis.
"I was there from step one and it was hard to watch as a friend," she said.
Previous reports have portrayed how much the former Playmate has been so much affected with the rumors saying that Hank had engaged in an illicit affair with a transsexual model while Kendra was pregnant with their six-month old baby, Alijah Mary.
People magazine has quoted Kendra's statement during the finale of the WE TV's "Kendra on Top" on Friday. In the episode, the reality TV star openly talks about her suicidal plans caused by extreme sadness from her husband's alleged infidelity.
"I was at a real low. I even questioned my life. If it wasn't for breastfeeding Alijah, the bond I had with her, I feel like I would have probably ended my life. I felt like I'm not even supposed to be here," she said as she faced the camera.
Wilkson is also intent on getting rid of special things that her husband had given her on special days. Reports from the Inquisitr had quoted the model's statement in a previous TV episode as she recalls how she flushed her rings in their toilet bowl.
"We started the season me finding out through the media that my husband potentially, allegedly cheated on me. So I snap, I just snap. I grabbed my wedding rings. He's like, 'What are you doing?, and I went over to the toilet and I put them in the toilet. And he said, 'No, don't do it, don't do it.' And I flushed all my rings down the toilet. I had my engagement ring, two wedding bands, my anniversary ring and I just flushed them all down the toilet," she said.
Hank Baskett, on the other hand, is said to have made lots of effort to gain his wife's trust saying that he will clear his name in the press and would give more time to his family, particularly in taking care of their new baby.
