Just weeks after the controversial reality show star was fired from VH1's 'Love and Hip Hop Atlanta', Benzino has since moved on to another reality show, taking his fiancee Althea Heart with him.
The reality star announced to his Instagram followers on Wednesday morning that he and his fiancee were now part of WeTV's 'Tamar & Vince.'
However the former 'LHH' cast member apparently is still waiting for the real reason why he and Heart were let go from the show. In an interview with VladTV, 'LHH' franchise creator, Mona Scott-Young addressed the news on the firing of 'LHH' cast members. She apparently was less sentimental on firing Heart and Benzino.
"Benzino and Althea, I think, are very much aware of what transpired. I wish them nothing but the best," Young told VladTV in the interview. The "LHH" franchise creator said she hopes the two have a wonderful wedding and beautiful life together and that they took full advantage of the opportunities reality TV can bring.
An upset Benzino obviously didn't like the way Young addressed the issue on his being fired. The reality star took to his Instagram page to voice out his frustrations on the 'LHH' creator's interview.
"[A] couple of weeks ago they said I was fired because I made 'DEATH THREATS' but in Mona's 1st interview since I was fired, she is PRAISING me and saying how great I was as a cast member, and admitting me and Althea was really in love and saying all these great things about she wishes us well but still never gave me or the public a real reason why we was fired," wrote Benzino.
Benzino then proceeded to call Young a "master manipulator." During the reunion show altercation, Josilene attacked Heart, Tammy Rivera, and Mimi Faust. Benzino alleges that this was a setup by the producers, and he has not changed his mind eversince.
Young still wasn't able to address exactly why Benzino and Althea got fired, but it sure doesn't sound like she's worried about fans not watching the show because of it.
