Massive hacking aftermath continues to be felt and the latest victim of the said attack would be Sony Pictures Entertainment as the "early version" of the screenplay for the new James Bond movie 'Spectre' gets leaked online.
The report was confirmed by the producers on their website Sunday.The news came less than two weeks after details of the new Bond movie "Spectre", starring Daniel Craig and Christoph Waltz, were unveiled, Gadgets reported.
Eon Productions confirmed "that an early version of the screenplay for the new Bond film SPECTRE is amongst the material stolen and illegally made public by hackers who infiltrated the Sony Pictures Entertainment computer system."
Sony warned the hackers or whoever has the information that they will take "all necessary steps" to protect their legal rights and these illegal infiltrators can only try to publish the stolen information from one of Hollywood's giants.
One of the things that really got the attention of the media is what producer Scott Rudin remarked about actress Angelina Jolie when he called her a "minimally talented spoiled brat."
News also reported several other embarrassing leaks like writer Aaron Sorkin complaining that actor Michael Fassbender makes other guys insecure about their manhood. Yet, another email revealed that Jennifer Lawrence received less than her male co-stars for American hustle
These are among the embarrassing leaks that got distributed following the huge hack, and some have blamed North Korea for the mess. It is believed that the trouble has happened because of the movie 'The Interview' which is believed to be a pasquinade against their beloved leader, Kim Jong-Un. The comedy movie which features actors James Franco and Seth depicts an assassination attempt on North Korea's leader.
The latest James Bond movie "Spectre" is slated for November 6 release date next year.
