Paris is said to be the most romantic cities in the world. Every year, couples flock to the 'city of lovers' for a memorable romantic trip down memory lane. Celebrity couple Sean Penn and Charlize Theron have felt the influence of Paris and took a trip to the romantic city. Now rumors are flying that Penn has literally 'put a ring on it.'
According to a source from Us Weekly, Penn felt that he "wanted to take the relationship to the next level" when he secretly proposed to Theron when they took the trip to Paris last November. The insider from UsWeekly further revealed in an interview that the dashing pair are talking wedding plans. "They want to get married very soon," the insider said.
The couple have been longtime friends but have only started dating in December 2013. Acrording to DailyMail, the two have often showed their growing fondness of one another. Theron has even introduced Penn to her adopted son, Jackson. Penn has also been seen to be spending a lot of time with Jackson, as well as Theron's mother, Gerda.
While the celebrity couple seem to be closer than before, fans are asking the ultimate question: where is the ring? In a recent sighting of the couple, the two have been seen in a rare outing without Jackson. Theron seems to be "ringless" as Penn has his arm around her.

This will be Penn's third marriage, with his first marriage being to Madonna, and his second being to Robin Wright. On the other hand. this will beTheron's first marriage. One thing is for sure, this is one wedding we wouldn't want to miss!
