Ansel Elgort will join Chloe Moretz in a new upcoming film titled 'November Criminals'. This will be the second time that the two young adult stars will film together since 'Carrie'.
Ansel Elgort has just made a big break in 2014 when he starred in blockbuster movies "The Fault in Our Stars" and "Divergent". Inquisitr reports that the Elgort will team up with Chloe Moretz in the film adaptation of the Sam Munson's novel "November Criminals".
According to the report, Ansel Elgort will portray Addison while Chloe Moretz is supposed to star as Digger in the upcoming movie. The movie is supposed to be a direct adaptation of the novel which sets the two young adult star to investigate the death of their friend while they fall in love with each other according to Just Jared Jr. More details were revealed in the description of the plot in Sam Munson's novel.
"For a high school senior, Addison Schacht has a lot of preoccupations. Like getting into college. Selling drugs to his classmates. His complicated relationship with his best friend (NOT his girlfriend) Digger. And he's just added another to the list: the murder of his classmate Kevin Broadus, and his own absurd, obsessive plan to investigate the death. When presented with an essay question on his application to the University of Chicago-What are your best and worst qualities?-Addison finds himself provoked into giving his final, unapologetic say about all of the above and more."
Lotus Entertainment will produce the film according to J-14. The President of the company, Ara Keshishian, shares his thoughts on the film, "This is a beautiful love story between two teenagers set against the backdrop of a murder mystery," adding that "It's thrilling to have an amazing cast taking shape." Sacha Gervasi will also direct the upcoming film.
Ansel Elgort and Chloe Moretz's upcoming film "November Criminals" will be a teen thriller with a spice of romance. Fans of both young adult stars will be excited to see the two of them fall in love as they solve the murder of their friend.
