In November 4, 2013, Jordan Dordell and his fiancée were brutally attacked in their own home. Unfortunately, Dordell brutally died. One of the suspects is the 26 - year- old, Nigel Saunders from Binghamton. His trial began Tuesday and is set to continue by next week.

The Press Connects summarized the statement made by Dordell's fiancée, who was pregnant at the time of the incident. She told the court that two men in ski masks went to their bedroom. These men initially asked for money and drugs before they were beaten and sexually assaulted. They were tied and taken to their basement. She managed to untie both of them but they were stabbed by their attackers. She then recognized that one of the attackers was Saunders because of his voice. She was familiar with it because Saunders lived with the couple for 3 months. It was also shared that mid of 2013, the couple filed a formal complaint against Saunders for stealing. Saunders went to prison and was released in October 2013. The name of Dordell's fiancée cannot be disclosed in order to protect the identity of those who were sexually beaten.

One of the alleged attackers was Julian Talamantez III, 22 years old. According to statements, he was the one who sexually assaulted Dordell's fiancée. Talamantez is now serving 40 years to life in jail for pleading guilty last October.

A strong evidence has been found as well when a Verizon Wireless employee served as witness last Tuesday. The employee presented a text message wherein the sender talked about the girl being alive and was asking if the blood can be cleaned for him. This message was said to be an exchange between Saunders and Talamantez during the day of the murder.
