NBA Trade Updates: Celtics, Nuggets and Cavaliers Welcome New Team Members; Who will be playing this Season?

By

Boston Celtics is about to get new people for the team as their President Danny Ainge can no longer wait until the deadline of the trading on February 19 to improve his team. On December, he already handed over Rajon Rondo to Dallas Mavericks and that's just a start of what is going to be a drastic trade move for his team this coming season.

Washington Post said that Houston on the other hand made their move by acquiring Josh Smith and Corey Brewer. Cleveland also started the trading for J.R. Smith, Iman Shumpert and Timofey Mosgov. Dion Waiters is now working for Oklahoma City, leaving the Cavaliers. Oklahoma is still eyeing for Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook. Back in the Celtics' team, Ainge once again sealed two more deals this weekend that will make a buzz during the Western Conference.

Meanwhile, the Denver Nuggets are not afraid to do the whole trading tradition as well especially if it is going to be for the best. Numberfire reported that the team even has let go of George Karl, who is their coach from 2012-13. With their new management under Brian Shaw, they scored 17-20 this season, which is looking tough for the Western Conference.

Denver has also made a move for this season to hand over Timofey Mozgov to the Cavaliers. In result, the Cavaliers are not expected to get a great deal with their trading plans after that. Denver on the other hand is eyeing on Wilson Chandler and Arron Afflalo, and this means that the team is on for rebuilding the structure for future purposes.

Rantsports said that as for the Los Angeles Clippers, it is looking like the coach's team Doc Rivers will have the chance to coach his son Austin Rivers. However, he just got traded from the Pelicans to play for Celtics this January 12.
