NCIS Los Angeles Fans like you would be thrilled to see Sam and Callen again take on a special mission in an all-new intense hi-packed crime procedural drama when season 6 returns with 'Black Wind' episode on February 2. Here are some spoilers to whet your appetite on what happens next to your favorite crime busting team.
The NCIS Los Angeles Season 6 official synopsis reads, "Callen and Sam will head to Mexico and undercover as food truck owners to find the source of an anthrax poisoning and prevent a bio-terrorism attack."
Angelique Cabral guest stars for the Black Wind episode as NCIS special agent Paola Fuentes alongside Enrique Castillo as Alejandro Guzman, Adrian R'Mante as Diego Gonzalez, Kim Hawthoren as Dr. Diane Church, Carlos Alvarado as Flores, Luis Jimenez as Mauricio, and several others. It's written by Joe Sachs and directed by Dennis Smith.
Meanwhile, 'In The Line Of Duty' episode aired Monday night, January 19, had another big TV personality to guest the show. Host Julie Chen of The Talk played the character of US ambassador for Tunisia.
Chen, 45, said, "I was told it's going to be a little fun project for all the ladies of 'The Talk'. Who would say no to that?"
"I think I am the subject on an assassination attempt," she revealed. "It's all very dramatic. I feel very important," she added.
Daniela Ruah who is popularly known for her role as Special Agent Kensi Blye also spoke of Chen for the role saying, "I think she's kind of perfect casting for this. I mean, it's an ambassador who is elegant."
The full synopsis released for the previous episode revealed, "After US Ambassador Nancy Kelly narrowly escapes a terrorist attack at the US consulate in Tunisia, Callen and Sam are sent on a secret, dangerous mission to obtain key evidence from the crime scene. Upon their return, the team seeks Kelly's help to provide missing information."
NCIS Los Angeles Season 6 episode 14 titled Black Wind airs on February 2, Monday night at 9pm Central on CBS.
