“The Walking Dead” Return, Spoilers: Mid-season Synopsis Entails New Terminus? What Happens to Aaron as Season 6 Awaits?

By

Viewers of the critically acclaimed ANC television series, "The Walking Dead" are excited and are in a hurry to see the end of the two long month hiatus of the series since its last episode last November 2014. Everything is compromised and starting all over again seems to be a challenge for the whole group. Beth just died, their shelter at Father Gabriel's church is gone and Washington D. C. was all a lie. Fans can't help but speculate where the group will be heading to.

A potentially big clue of where the whole group is headed runs along the map that Morgan saw left at the church where Rick's group last stayed. Is he finally joining the group this season or is he too far from the group to catch up? One thing is for sure, Morgan is looking for them and he'll definitely catch up.

An official synopsis of the first episode of the midseason was revealed: "After all the recent trials the group has faced, a slight detour might prove to be the solution they've been looking for."

Of course viewers have their own share of hypothesis on what this "slight detour" might be. A lot of them are hopeful that Episode 9 of Season 5, "What Happened and What's Going On" would go and tackle on the much talked about Alexandria Safe-Zone from the comic series.

A new character Aaron will bump into the group and will lead them to the safe zone. Is this another Terminus in the making? With Rick's group seeming to have nothing else to lose, going that far seems to be the best option they could do.

On the other hand, Nerdist.com spills that the rumored flashbacks and return of past characters from the earlier seasons of the series will push through in Season 6.

With all the commotions and exciting turns of events in this series, "The Walking Dead" seems to be dominating social media way better than Valentine's Day. "The Walking Dead" returns on AMC this February 8, Sunday.
