12-inch Retina Macbook Air Release Upcoming with More Features Out

By

Apple is now reportedly hard at work on ultra-thin 12-inch Macbook Air. This Macbook Air is said to have the best of both worlds combining the 11-inch Macbook Air and the 13-inch Macbook Pro features according to Macrumors.

Last October 2014, Apple released their new products, Ipad Air, Ipad Mini 3 and IMac 5k, but people had been expecting the new Macbook Air coming to town. The interest over the device is considerable because it will reportedl feature the portability and battery life of the 11-inch Macbook Air and also the amazing retina-display features of the 13-inch Macbook Pro features.

A report also coming from 9to5Mac claimed that Apple will be ditching almost all ports to achieve the much slimmer design they are aiming . Not only the ports but also the keyboard will be much slimmer, squeezing the spaces in between. Additonally, the trackpad of the new Macbook will be unclickable to make the body thinner. The rumors though pertaining to the new Macbook all seems to make the machine more sleeker than ever.

Apart from removing the ports, Apple will also ditch the backlit logo of apple. It will be replaced by an embedded silver logo similar to Iphones, Ipad and Ipod. This shift also was due to the thinner version aimed. Apple's supplier Quanta Computer is heard to be hiring in additional 30,000 workers to suffice the demand of production of the Retina Macbook Air along with the Apple watch according to Techradar.

Also causing the delay is the availability of the Intel's New Broadwell-series processors, which means that Apple and other laptop-making companies must sit back and wait. Sources from Techradar, also said that the device would soon be in the market at the first quarter of the year. And somehow the 12-inch Macbook will be replacing the 11-inch but the 13-inch Macbook Pro model will remain.
