The family drama revolving on a drunken father and his equally chaotic kids trying to hold things together would be returning on Feb. 01, with an episode that's as curious as much as its title, "A Night to Remem... Wait, What?"
"Shameless" would be warming up avid fans with Frank Gallagher (William Macy) in his classic drunken stupor waking up after dozing off on a park bench. A police officer would wake him up and help him get up his feet while he tried to recall and explain how in the world he ended up sleeping, dirt covered, on the streets.
He would later explain it was due to his hard partying and gambling after getting his insurance claim. However, he would soon end up in confusion after he tried to collect his insurance claim and he's told that he already collected earlier. The news stung him like being dumped with a bucket of ice cold water.
Meanwhile, Fiona Gallagher (Emmy Rossum) would be spending quiet quality time with her husband, a man she just met two weeks, Gus (Steve Kazee). Their relationship would be among the best examples of how opposites attract as an unsuspecting good guy ended up with a Gallagher. With their relationship currently in relative bliss, fans would be interested where this would lead in the upcoming events.
As for the other siblings, Lip (Jeremy Allen White) left Chicago, went to Miami and had a chance to bond with Amanda's (Nichole Bloom) father. Ian's (Cameron Monaghan) erratic behavior was not going to improve anytime soon, and his boyfriend Mickey (Noel Fisher) was being nudged that something needed to be done. Debbie (Emma Kenney) would find herself hitting a gym and getting into a hobby after her sexual encounter with Matty (James Allen Mccune) became town gossip.
This would ensue in a fight where she was defended by a strong boy. This got her curious and eventually led her to join the gym where the strong boy worked out. This is also where she would eventually be taking kickboxing. Carl (Ethan Cutkosky) would still continue dealing illegal drugs, keeping up to the series' name, "Shameless."
