Despite Kate Middleton's second pregnancy, the Duchess of Cambridge taught son Prince George swimming lessons in a luxurious estate during a family vacation.
According to the Us Weekly, the royal family went on a trip in the West Indies on January 22 prior to Middleton's child birth two months from now.
Along with Prince William, the family jetted off a private island called Mustique, for a two-week vacation. The luxurious estate stands in a hilltop Aurora villa, costing $26,000 weekly.
"This will be their last big trip before the baby is born in April," a source from Us Weekly said.
In a private children's pool, Prince George, who is 18 months old, learned his swimming lessons. He was assisted by Kate Middletton.
"It's the perfect place for him to play!" revealed an insider from US Weekly.
September last year, the British royal officials have announced Kate's pregnancy. In her first phase of pregnancy, Huffington Post reported that Kate has been experiencing acute morning sickness, which leads to hospitalization. The Duchess had been given treatments until she gets better.
In previous reports, the couple oftentimes expressed an interest in having a larger family. The royal family is expecting a baby girl on April this year.
In the same private island, US Magazine said that Kate and William also threw a party for Middleton's mom Carole Middleton, who turned 60 on January 31. The said celebration took place at Basil's Bar and attended by Caroles's friends along with the royal family. Basil Charles, owner of Basil's Bar on Mustique was also present in the party.
A "mocktail" was served for Kate while Carole got a signature cocktail drink.
"Brian (the hotel manager) is being charged with making a special cocktail-a non-alcoholic cocktail-for Kate who is clearly pregnant and can't drink. He's naming it Mother's Mocktail," a source from E! News said.
After the event, five staff escorted the royal family back to the villa.
